At a big show/swap meet today, there was a guy selling vintage parts that had been airbrushed/painted with custom artwork, and I saw this:



It's a true, original '65 GT front fender, as far as I can see, which makes it that much cooler. He was asking $200 and I got it for $130, which seems like a deal to me!

My wife and I are closing on our first house October 1 and it's got a 3-car garage. It's not big enough to have a man cave, so the garage is going to be that for me This will definitely be a centerpiece in the garage!

 

That is cool and I bet you could get a buck thirty for that all day long

Great pic! Wish I had a same-era pic of my Dad with his '69 Cutlass!. He had three buddies that started teaching the same time as him,and between the four of them, they had a Camaro, Mustang, Cutlass and a GTO. But they never though to take a pic together. Would have been so cool with their cars and their 70's lampchops!
