If you bought a 3rd party extended warranty, don't count on ever getting any use out of it. For the most part, they aren't worth the paper they're written on.

It's not one of the scary ones you get in the mail. It's a service agreement with a non ford dealership- I have a rep I contact when I need anything, and so far haven't had any problems at all. It's just like any other dealership plan. If something comes up that is Ford specific, there's a Ford dealership they will send me to.

Exactly, I was about to call but then I thought of my retail days and a phone call means nothing it's taken more seriously if it's writen, so I found the G.M.s email address and sent him the transcript he contacted me back (about 9:45) and said he's sorry, that the way they handled this was all wrong and "the car is right here in the show room". So I thanked the G.M. for his quick responce. So now I'll be checking the car out later this morning
What dealership are you using? I used a small dealer in orange county to get my shelby. Great internet sales dept!

Use this link....http://www.dealerconnection.com/index_flm.html

You can view all dealerships new inventory and see window stickers!

Yes, with this wonderful (recovering) economy I've had to move to a smaller place with limited parking and since I hate for the car to sit out side (I do have it covered) I feel it would be best to find it a good home

Hi George, I've checked out alot of dealers some are good on some thing and not on others, so I guess it's what you need that makes it bad or good. Puente Hills Ford is the best for internet sales, and Ken Grody has the worst for service dept. and Huntington Beach Ford has the worst sales staff on site and the team at Ford of Orange is just lazy they talk to you at first but won't follow up to actually make the sale (even when you call them)

I wasn't planning on getting the car but I had a salesman walk right by me while I was standing next to a shiny red gt500 before.

Hello Members,

You can always go to Ford.com to check your dealer’s inventory. Also, remember you can document any not so good dealer experiences by PMing me with your dealer, VIN, contact info, and address or you can also contact the Customer Relationship Center at 1-800-392-3673. Have a good one!
