Thanks Kyle,

I appreciate that. I think you can still give blood at your local blood bank and ear mark it for him. I know you can as far out as Orlando. Let me know if you would like me to check.

Gainesville is a bit farther out than Orlando, but you can check if you would like. Does it have to be that day? Just asking because that is our homecoming game and I don't know if I'll get the chance to do anything that day.

Kyle,

I found out you can now donate anywhere in the united states. The info you need to reference is here:

Outside of Florida: You still can donate!!!
You will have to give them Parker’s name, DOB (7/7/05); Hospital name (Arnold Palmer Hosp in Orlando); Doctors name (Dr. Gordon or Dr. Wall). Tell them it needs to be directed to patient services in Orlando, FL. You can check with your local blood bank for more information.

Do you know if it has to be that day or not?

I hate giving blood with a passion (just because I can't stand the feeling of the needle sitting inside of me), but I think I could do it for a cause like this. They have the blood mobile on campus just about every day.

doesn't matter what day you do it. That is just a local blood drive that is being done on the 3rd.

May I say one thing, you have awsome Mustang. I love this color for red (here is my red 04 convertible), next to black. Have you seen the new color, dark candy apple red for the 08 GT/CS's? Here is a picture of one.

Thanks Kathy,

I really wish they offered it on gt500. I am holding back on the mods as much as much as possible because I will be purchasing a 500. I love this red and the 01 lazer red. The candy apple Is a little too rich for me if that makes any sense. I still love sn95. I would have gotten the mach in red, but torch red was the color available and I didn't care for it too much.

Update

Hey Everyone,

I wanted to thank everyone for their support. Unfortunately Parker passed away a couple of days ago at the hospital. As Thanksgiving approaches hold your family tight and try to say a prayer for the family. Parker was 2 years old.

God Bless,

Roger

Go to the share your thoughts page to post a comment. I was heartbroken to hear about little Parker passing. I'm glad people like you tried to help Roger. I feel horrible that I didn't give blood when I could have. I'll continue to pray for the family.

Don't feel bad, just donate in his memory. I feel bad because I am unable to donate. There are thousands out there like him . Its just brings it home when its someone you know even if indirectly. Thank you for being supportive and god bless. It would be kind of cool if we did an online blood drive with us fellow stangers We can make a difference!!!!
