How strict are the emissions here in Atlanta, GA? I was thinkin of getting mac long tubes, OR prochamber, and mac mufflers, and then maybe buying some sort of cheap catted h pipe to swap for emissions.
would this work? can cops pull you over if they "think" your car is too loud? and if they do, how bad is it if they find out you are running no cats?

1983-2004 vehicles seem to be the ones that need emissions testing from the 13 counties around your area. That was the rule for 2007, not sure how it will be for 2008. I am not saying it will ever happen, but I noticed in GA a lot more V8s in vehicles 'round these here parts, like in trucks, 'donks', etc- and I heard some pretty loud, I dont think it will draw all that much attention, but then again, it may depend on how well your sound blends into the background.
