I would like to find out how to contact Deysha from Ford Service.
I've seen that she will get involved with customers to help out with dealer issues.. My dealer can't find out why my Check Engine light keeps coming on . They have replaced a purge valve once and then an O2 sensor another time. The light comes back on after 40 to 100 miles. I've had it there 3 separate times. They can't Figure out the codes. My 36K mi warranty is expiring in 500 mi and I am worried that they will bail out on me . I am fed up with their incompetence.

 

Is there another dealer you can take it to? It sounds like they are either incompetent or too lazy to really figure out what is causing your issue.

Like the above post that seems strange like they are just being lazy about it. Deysha will be on the case! She helped me get an issue escalated. But if you can I would try another dealer.

 

Have you done any modifications, like adding cold air induction? That can cause a CEL.
