Dent in Airbag Trim Any Ideas to Cover it?

I’m trying to cover up a small dent in the upper airbag trim (see pic #1).
I don’t how it got there (maybe the last time I had it in for repairs – shift indicator adjustment) but I just noticed it yesterday. Now I see it everytime I get in the car. I’d just replace the trim, but I don’t think I can since it’s part of the airbag.
I thought about a decal like the signature decal (picture #2), but since it’s the upper trim and not the lower trim panel I don’t know if it would look akward.
Any ideas on something that’s inexpensive but would look good?
