I hate to put another choice in your head but I have the ford racing axleback exhaust on my v6 and I have gotten a lot of thumbs up!!!!!! It's the perfect sound... Low at idle and loud when you get on the gas!!!!!!

My gripe was never the sound but the look of the exhaust tips. Does anyone find the stock tips just downright weak ? There's just something to be said about great looking polished tips with a rolled lip. Changes the whole feel of the car aesthetically.

IT DEPENDS HOW FAR YOU WANT TO CHANGE YOU EXHAUST. FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOU WANT GET HEADERS w/ 3IN X-PIPE AND OVER AXE THEN JUST GET THE AXELBACKS. IF NOT, THEN GET THE BORLA OVER AXEL BECAUSE THEY ARE MUCH LIGHTER THAN THE STOCK OVER AXEL PIPES.

I have been doing nothing but you tubing exhausts.
Slp loudmouth (basically a straight pipe) can get that done at meineke for cheaper
Bassani (not enough sound)
Borla atak (cop magnet)
Roush (Ricey)
Gt500 (too civil and stock sounding)
Pipes pipe bomb (too obnoxious, hey look at me type)
Flowmaster outlaws (there you go)
And I'm going with the flow masters

What's up all. I'm completely new to this, so I pose this question. I am looking at putting new exhaust on my 2012 v6, possibly the magnaflow comp series cat-back. What can anyone tell me about the differences in axle and catbacks and are the magna's any good? They're only about 720 or so but what i've read and heard, not bad. Help?
