I will definitely update this if we get it to the track or take some video. Also, 5.0 magazine did the shoot a couple months ago, so there should be an article soon... I just don't know what info will be in it.

Nice Bullitt, btw... And nice plate!

Best thing about this kind of swap...with headers and tune 440 FWHP,plus close to 80 lbs. right off the front of the Bullitt!!

Yeah, pretty tight fit, that's for sure. Getting the dip stick in and out is fun!

Yeah, lots of advantages to this swap!

I'm also the proud owner of a bullitt. I was thinking about going blower but man does that look fun. Don't mean to steal your idea but I might look into this more. Do you know the extent of the engine bay modification

Well, this car has tubuar K-member, custom oil pan, custom headers, custom PS bracket, etc. That said, I don't know that you NEED the k member, and most of the other things have production versions in the works or already available. The swap will just get easier and easier as such parts become available.

Good luck if you decide to go that way!

Im looking into this as well. Maybe a few years down the road i can pull it off. Right now im just runnin on borla stingers, CAI from american muscle, and an sct tune. Keepin me pretty happy and 4.10 gears are comin. If i start saving now i should have enough to do the swap in a couple years

Yep(:
Ive been keepin my eye out! I actually saw an almost brand spankin new 2011 cali special. Black, fully loaded, evrything in it except the motor/:
It got in a wreck and the transmission was damaged pretty bad. Hit a pole layin on the highway at night and it got kicked up by the right front tire and it went right into the tranny and effed up the computer. Sad story

Very cool swap! If I wasn't already so financially committed to my Bullitt's new engine build, this is the way I'd go! I'm also a fan of N/A power.

Yea the 1012 models do. Apparently f150 owners have been asking for the new 5.0 under the hood and it really is doing a great job! I watched the segment on speed tv and it was actualky pretty cool.
