Clutch upgrade

Clutch upgrade
Hello, just looking for information about a clutch upgrade for my 2012 Mustang with the 3.7 engine. I upgraded to a standard flywheel with a new clutch kit. The first road block I ran into was the flywheel bolts being to long, so I changed them for shorter bolts and same issue with the pressure plate bolts. Now the concern I have is that the throw out bearing is not going to be long enough to disengage the clutch. Has anyone else ran into this issue or know the solution?
