She brought up the rape to Shelby and NOT the authorities. Sounds like a bunch of B.S. Woman gets fired, woman claims rape, woman files lawsuit for cash, instead of a police report for punishment. She must have hated the abuse so much that she stay there for 5 years and it took her getting fired to get her to leave.

Not the first time a woman has falsely accused a man of these things, and definitely won't be the last.
That's the great thing about being a man -- all it takes is the ACCUSATION from some wacky woman, and your reputation is ruined. Ever read/see Crichton's "Disclosure"?

your telling me she couldnt fight off an 80 something year old man?? i mean not to say Shelby is weak... then again this probably didnt happen recently (IF it happened at all). the accused rape of another employee she claimed in Dec. 2010... Shelby was 87 or 88 then. i dont know... i call BS. i believe she could have fought him off in some sort of fashion if this truly occurred....
