There's a two disc special edition version of Bullitt coming out on May 31. Here's what IGN has to say:

Warner Home Entertainment will release a two-disc special edition of Bullitt, the legendary Steve McQueen movie featuring one of the most famous car chases in movie history, on May 31 for a suggested price of $26.99.
The film will be presented in its original aspect ratio of 1.85:1, although no word on whether the video will be remastered. Audio will be in Dolby Stereo. Extras include an audio commentary by director Peter Yates, the documentaries The Cutting Edge: The Magic of Movie Editing, Steve McQueen: The Essence of Cool and Bullitt: Steve McQueen's Commitment to Reality.

And of course, the cover art.
