I just hope it's done well. Not a crappy remake.

Just saw a preview of a movie Kurt Russell is in. He plays a retired superhero who sends his kid to superhero high school, the movie is called "Sky High", Kurt is looking a bit old for the Bullitt role.

Steve McQueen was 38 when he did Bulitt. Kurt Russell is 54 now. Big age difference. They need somebody younger.

Here's a suggestion out of left field - how about Kurt Russell?

I thought about him too and though he'd be a great choice i just think he might be a bit too old now. But if anyone could pull it off he sure could!

How can you say no to Nicolas Cage?
How can you say no to Nicolas Cage?

i think brad has the right guy. no one else really resembles steve mcqueen. and they could make him look older easier than making an old person look younger. i kinda like the idea of using new cars. that would put a new twist on the remake.

Dude if anyone has seen the rock (the movie, not the wreslter) they know that a modern bullitt type SF chase would be great..But you guys are over looking a whole barnyard of acotrs way better for the role, Russell Crowe for one...Adrian brody, (Ewan Mcgreggor-maybe)

Anyway I still think Anthony Michael Hall is the one for the role. He looks nothing like he used to and I watched an episode of his show "The Dead Zone," he's really not bad at all.

Who cares about who plays Frank Bullitt, I want to see the real star of the movie which is the car. Now I hope they take a 05/06 model and make it look like the original Bullitt.
