bama tuner
I think they cover all octanes but just one tune for each, I have been wrong before ....at least once in my life Ha. Call them and let them know what you want. Steeda, Brenspeed, I wonder if they would do two different 87 tunes. Please find out and let us know.
Also search your year and tunes here and see what pops up.

With Steeda you give them the serial number from you CPU, the engine, trans, tire size, rear end gearing, and list of mods to the car. The tune provided is based on your specific set up. I can't speak to other tuners since I have not tried them. I have run both the Steeda 87 and 93 octane tunes on my manual transmission 5.0 and both are an improvement over stock.
They gave different tunes for different fuels. Their 87 octane tune ran better than stock. The car revved quicker and felt stronger. I did install the Steeda CAI at the same time, but the tune was supposed to be responsible for most of the gain.
I guess my main concern is paying for 2 tunes and not ever using one cause it's a higher octane, but I'm definitely down for more throttle response and possibly better mpg. As of now I have a cai and axle back exhaust. I need to check and see if it has an after market xpipe.

You may think now that you will never run anything but 87 octane, but things may change over time. Also take into consideration all current and potential future mods that may affect your tune. Whoever you choose, make sure they offer free upgrades to tunes as your car changes. Like TJ said above, Steeda offers tunes for life upgrades. Buy it right once and save yourself from having to go through this decisions again in the future.
