Axleback vs Catback
Axleback vs Catback
Is there any really difference between the two? I want to buy a exhaust system for my 03 Mustang GT but I dont know what is the difference between Axleback and Catback. Can you guys explain to me the difference between the two of them and which one would you choose
It depends on what you're doing. A lot of times you open up the air flow with a cat back system, and that can do a lot. Just depends on diameter, and then what axle backs you get. Just read about the differences between brands and such.

You typically do a cat back on the sn95s unless just wanting to get some new tips
