You can do a five lug conversion and four discs from a 94-98 mustang. I have no clue if an explorer rear fits. I dont understand why ford put a fourlug on the foxes. I have a magazine article somewhere if you need to know anything about it. I imagine you can find a salvage V6 model and buy the parts you need. Best of luck!

i dont know what rear a 94-98 had, i'd imagine its an 8.8, but its a five lug, and you can pick up some weld wheels for cheap somewhere too if you convert. I bet you can find a SN95 at a junkyard.

yeah i went to one today to find some spindles for my lx, i'm changin the brakes to 5.0 brakes cuz it is like stoppin a tank right now, and i will need to do it someday anyways. but most of the stangs have been almost completely pulled apart already
