Hey Glenn,
I'm Sorry for the delay, I was out of the office the last two weeks so I unfortunately missed this thread!
I sent that PM out to some of our most valuable/active forum's members a while back so that we could do exactly what the PM says and hook you guys up with Promo's, Calendars, Videos etc... I did send a Calender to all of the members on this list, there may have been an issue with the order placement or you may just have been added to the list after the first wave of calendars.
I apologize for dropping the ball, let me get you a calendar sent out immediately. I already have your information from this PM, so I'll get it sent out today!
Thank you for your patients and hang in there. You'll be enjoying a Calendar in no time!

I apologize that you weren't called back, I will work internally with our Reps to make sure everyone understands how important it is that we contact all of our customers back asap! I'm really sorry that there was a mix up with your order after it left our facility. We can definitely get you a replacement order sent out right away and we will deal with UPS directly to file a claim. That process is on us to get straightened out, not you!
Please shoot me a PM with your order number included. I'll touch base with a Customer Service Manager and make sure you're contacted this afternoon to get this straightened out.

This is really odd because we definitely sent you a calendar, as promised! I have your information on file already, I'll hand pull another Calendar myself and make sure it's sent out today.

Yes Dan you guys did send me a calendar.....but only after I called on Shanes advice and asked for one....... but I figured I would keep giving you shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit....... only because you said you were going to do something for me as well as several other member here and din't get it dun. Soooooo Ifigured untill you did what YOU said you were going to do I would keep it up. Its only been about 4 months I almost forgive you. You still owe a few other TMS member a calendar. Don't make me keep bumping this thread.
