Air Lift, anyone install themselves?

Hi,

Ordered my Air Lift Digital Kit from American Muscle. Will try and install next weekend. Has anyone done this? Any pointers?

Not on the Mustang, but did on the 2001 Mercury Grand Marquis for those times I am traveling with a stuffed trunk. Let us know how it goes on a Mustang.

The installation of Air Lift is definitely time consuming. It's not really difficult it just takes a lot patience. You got a great set up for sure!

You can let our CS team know or Air Lift directly if you need some assistance. They'll gladly help you out and answer any questions you may have!

Awesome! That's going to be really cool. It's not much more difficult to install than a set of Coilovers. Just be careful running the lines!

Good luck and let us know how you make out!

Hey Cin,

From my point of view now that I've had the kit for a bit, it's definitely worth the money. Just seeing people's jaw drop when you air out is priceless. My car is made for mostly for show so it's prob my top mod so far. The ride quality depends on how you would ride. If you leave it low you will feel the bumps, if you leave it at stock ride height it floats on air. The kit is pretty easy to instal, the only modification is drilling the two holes in the trunk. If I didn't answer your question let me know any specifics that you need to know.
