would like to know if a 5.4 f i motor would fit in my 68

maybe if you did away with the shock towers...not sure.

Apparently CDC did it:

WITHOUT removing the shock towers!!!

you have to knotch the shock towers to fit the heads... common modification to those cars to fit modern engines.. google it for specific instructions.
