I remember when I was about five (?), our black lab found a painted turtle in our back yard. We caught it, and put it in a rubber tub. Later when my grandpa was over, he kept teasing that it was a "snapping turtle"! He then picked it up, and threw it several hundred yards, towards the creek! We (my siblings and I) were were all so mad at him after that. And a couple years ago, I remember that my sister had found a blandings turtle. It was pretty big, plus I think they're protected or endangered or something. There's actually quite a few of them around here, most of which get run over by cars!

I thought I had some pics, but I think I lost them a couple years ago when the stupid computer crashed!

It's gonna be REALLY hot tomorrow. It's only supposed to be 95*, but the heat index should be well into the hundreds! Sadly, it will all end, due to a STINKIN cold front! to you mother natue! Wait, that doesn't make sense!

I also, FINALLY, washed the stang tonight, but won't be driving it cause there's no a/c! I really want another stang!

 

Im so glad that it's starting to cool off a little, those days when I would start sweating walking to my car are rediculous. I dont mine 85-90, because you can roll down the window, but when its 95-105, no way Jose.

 

I know what you mean, though I love it hot, especially when I have to spend a bunch of months in the cold and snow!

Well, it's working again! It turns out someone plugged in a phone somewhere without using a filter! So I'm happy again, though now it's raining and in the 70s!

 

I've been playing this stupid game for the last hour! I made it somewhere into the fifties, but I'm really tired! I'll try it again tomorrow!
