We’re talking about the countless clerks, cops, and sheriff's deputies who handle the impromptu photo shoots with the rich and famous who’ve landed in the pokey.

Without the aid of fancy lighting, makeup, and wardrobe, these little works of mug shot art--taken with Instamatic, Polaroid, and digital cameras at law enforcement agencies nationwide--are perhaps the most candid photos of celebrities (and other public figures) that you’ll see.

Ponderance of the day:

Last night I decided to try a new mexican place(Habaneros, it sucked too saucy not enough cheese) because the kids were gone and I was tired.

Am I the only person on earth who does not think other peoples brats are cute? The banshees were running around like the devil and the parents were like ooooh they are sooooo cute.. WTF?? I keep my kids to myself and don't subject the public to them!

THEN I went into Walmart for some supplies because its like Old Mother Hubbards house in here.........
I went to check out- the brat with its Mama in line in front of me SCREAMING
I WANT A CANDY RING over and over and over.I wanted to throttle them both.

When It was my turn to check out the cashier said- Wasn't he precious? I spoke the truth- I said If that was my kid I would hang myself. Can you believe it pissed off the cashier?

 

I'm with you April. Nothing is cute when it's screaming it's head off.
We see this all the time at the store, restaurant, wherever. Employees have been told not to be confrontational, so they can't say anything.
You should see the looks we get when we make a comment about "turning that thing off" regarding a screaming monster.

 

April, which Habaneros did you go to? Everyone i've ever been to has been awesome.

 

She went to the one with too much sauce and not enough cheese. You know the one.

So you keep your kids in cages. There have been a rash of kids being kept in cages here in C-Town. Seriously, its been on the news. Unbelievable what some people do... I am a firm believer that there should be forced sterilization of people who are too stupid to know how to raise kids. Plus there'd be some good side effects... less stupid people to deal with in everyday life, and the schools would seem better. (Is it just me or do stupid people seem to breed faster and more often than everyone else?)

Well at least you weren't standing in line behind my mother while she was holding me as a kid. I was a hitter, not a screamer. People would say "Aww, aren't you cute?" and I'd punch 'em in the nose. I've always been able tell when people were lying to me

Today was the coolestest day ever.......

The Vp Gave me speakers and Internet Access so I could plug in my Xm online connection

Then he said to get up for a minute so he could put in a zip drive...When he got done, I didn't have a Zip drive, but I did have Eleanor(my) Wallpaper.

What bums me out is I simply adore it there, but so far its still a temporary job

 

My job is only temporary also. Another 25 years and then I have to go.
