Red is a stressful color to have on your computer screen,
With the new format it's much harder to identify threads that have new posts.

The change is OK for me but the red has to go ! Or give us the option to change the color/skin of the forum !

Haven't had much time to look everything over being at work though. The red just doesn't work.

Hi there guys -
I appreciate all the work you guys put into this site, but...but....PLEASE PUT IT BACK THE WAY IT WAS!!!

One initial attraction to this site is that it was very easy to read and really easy to navigate. The print now is WAY too small and the red is KILLING my eyes. PLEASE......

I tried to find a place under "user CP" to enlarge the type and couldn't find anything - is it there and I'm missing it?

I don't think it is all complete yet, still some problems. Like having to log in every visit, and the new post button only brings up posts since your last log in...it doesn't extend back any further for unread posts prior to your last log in.

Geez, you guys are brutal. It takes alot of work to move this large of a forum to a newer and better version of vbulletin. Forums have to be upgraded every so often to keep them from being vunerable to hackers. The skins can be changed fairly easily..

Agreed Donna. There are a few quirks, but just give it time. People didn't like EFI on the '86 Mustang right away, but once they got to work on it and tinkered a bit it yielded things the old carb'd stangs of the past couldnt match. Same deal with the mod motor introduction.

Just give the guys some time to get everything running smoothly. I have full confidence in the people who run this board that all problems will be addressed in time,

Don't be so negative. Brad and Scott just put in a ton of effort to get us a newer forum. I don't personally know the advantages of the new look but I do know that they wouldn't have done that if there wasn't a benefit.

This was the first and has continued to be the best forum I've joined. I have no doubts that this trend will continue in the future

I think that most of us understand what it takes and how hard it is.

That being said - there is a small problem here that has not been addressed. That is communication and expectations. We all knew that they where going to undergo an upgrade, but I do not think that it was understood or communicated that it would be like this. Now that the upgrade is complete, or partially complete as the case may be, I did not see any posts from the Mods on the status of the upgrade or the next steps.

It would be nice for one of them to say something like...

We have completed the migration and are now working on some of the details. Please be patient with us as we complete the finishing pieces. In the meantime please feel free to post your thoughts and feelings on the new format here..

That one paragraph at the top of the page, the welcome page when you logged in, or somewhere that we can all see would make a great difference.

Not trying to be critical as I do understand what it is to work 24+ hours straight, but also having been there before I have learned from my mistakes.

To Scott & Brad - keep up the good work. We are with you.

+ On All my subscriptions are gone...? Even the bookmarks are useless now as the unique post # has changed. Will this be corrected?

4 images per thread?
