He's doing well. New job, loving life, busy, etc. He's in his marathon season as well.

 

Yeah rob's started a new job with a fairly small company, so each person pulls alot of the weight around there. Plus as Jason mentioned, its work your tail off as an athlete season, so Im sure he's biking, running and swimming across shark infested waters somewhere around the north east area.

I havent heard from Ian in awhile. I know he sold his car so there's no telling what he's up to now. I'll find his e-mail later and shoot him a "hola".

60-70 work weeks and training for an ironman consume just about every free second I have, and then some.
