The size of fonts on almost any website, remains a user controllable item and will over-ride the specified size. That is if the developer is any good

Never-mind, It doesn't work right in IE...(specifiying the font-size as pixels will disable text re-sizing, should use em's to enable this in IE)
So in any other web-browser it works
