Unable to upload an image on my profile page....the pop-up suggests the forum software is outdated?

I'd try a smaller size (pixel) . . . even though you are under the KB size and the directions on the Edit Profile Picture page states, "Whichever is Smaller."

The maximum size of your custom image is 250 by 250 pixels or 640.0 KB (whichever is smaller).
