Any reason you haven't done this? Its an easy upgrade, and most of all will lower bandwidth usage by the forum pages by about 5%.

It would be nice to upgrade, but in the IT world it is a big no-no to install and upgrade right away without testing. Brad can speak for himself, but WebHostDigital will have to throughly test the V2.X before we recommend it to any of your customers.

We'll let everyone else do the beta testing for us, after a couple of patches it should be good to go.

But there is always vBulliten.

We had the site off-line while we made preperations for some upgrades. The message you recieve was more likely "the forums are offline for maintanence" or "This site is pointed at WebHostDigitals Nameservers".

Upgrading to the latest and greatest version is always wonderful, but not at the possibility of incurring more errors that we already are with the traffic levels where they are. Also, there have been several modifications installed to make using these forums a little better, and they may not be compatible with v2.0. Once v2 is tested, the same modifications are made available, and this site gets moved to a dedicated server, we will upgrade.

forums there are going through the update, you can probably gauge from there ... they do have about 100,000 members so everything there is a lot more evident and shows up quicker
