TMS Membership didn't renew, still took my money
My TMS membership was supposed to auto renew 3/29/17. My paypal account was charged and it paid the subscription on 3/28/17. However, my TMS membership didn't renew, even though they got the money. When it expired, I lost all the stuff I was supposed to have, PM storage, pics, etc. Now I can't even send/receive a PM to check on it because they are maxed out because my subscription ran out.
I've tried emails to multiple sources (contact us, admins, etc) with no response. What am I supposed to do to get what I paid for? I want my PM's back, and the other stuff I've been paying for.
Who do I contact at Internet Brands (by email, since my pm's are now full because it didn't renew) to get this right? Do any of these IB people actually exists or are they all just bots? I don't want to have to file a claim with paypal for $15, but I will. Its not about the $15, that means nothing to me, its the principle. I've been on here for a decade with these people and have made a lot of close friends with them, and now I'm getting screwed?
No wonder the site is going downhill and people are leaving.

No worries at all! Your message on 3/30 ended up in my Spam folder, which is why I didn't see this until you posted. I have a PM and email to an IB contact and anticipate hearing something today. Keep you posted if I'm contacted first . . .
