Good job bro! if we keep this up maybe it will get fixed. This how you get things done, keep bugging them and open multiple help tickets for same problem. We have to threaten our IS&T guys all the time at my work. Once you say, do want everyone to open a help ticket that is seeing the problem? it gets fixed the same day!

I wasn't trying to bug them about, I just thought the more information they have on the different ways to subscribe to a thread, the better.
