Smilies working??

It's probably just my computer but wondering if the 'smilies' still work. I click on them but nothing happens. I used to use them a lot for grins and I actually miss them for funny stuff. I've cleared 'cookies' and run anti-virus programs but no good. I have no trouble using them on the other car sites I belong to, just here for some reason.

Working fine for me with one click on smilie. I'm on a desktop. Or you can type the smilie name in colons (with no gap). : lol : =

Regular Dell desktop here, about 2 years old. I just tried to use a 'smilie' again but it didn't work. Nah, I won't be typing in the smilie.

^Yeah, that's probably the culprit. Half of the issues I see lately are browser-related and every major website seems to have issues with one or more of the major browsers.

I use TMS mobile, but type all the smilies in manually. Yes I memorized the text for my most used ones. Clearly I spend too much time on here haha

I have a hp lap top. I think the smilies used to work.

Edit: Testing it with a different browser, Firefox It works.

Not working with IE. Edit again: I just discovered I can drag the smilies on IE. That will work for me. I like IE layout better.

Internet Explorer. They are always updating another version. Maybe that's the problem, but like I mentioned before, the other car forums I belong to work fine.

Tried Google Chrome and now they work. It's an IE problem.
