Iphone APP error, anyone else having this

This is what i am getting when I try to run the app, rebooted my iphone a few times and reinstalled the app no change in result.

Error: connection error: The operation couldnt be completed.
(kCFErrorDomainCFNetwork error 2.)

Android is having errors too. Something to do with servers.

I couldn't get on in app or web until just now. Then the web worked and not the app so I removed it and reinstalled it and now it's fine.

The new ownership has been updating DNS settings and it took awhile for stuff to propitiate through the net. Some ISPs dont update DNS on the fly

I don't know what ISP means?!?!?!? but on the computer it simply said safari could not locate page or something.....the APP error was the same as posted above for me...

you would think I am better with it since I have all the newest mac stuff but I can't figure out half of it....my cousin just got an iPhone and I've had one for 3 years and I am helpless trying to help her figure it out.
