Attachments all working fine for me on Firefox and Chrome on my PC,

But I'm getting the 'broken image' icon thing occasionally on the iphone app.

No thats something with whatever site is hosting those images. If you put them directly in a browser window with the link it gives you a 404-directory not found error. Nothing on our end.
