I must be stupid

How do you download pictures. I've tried to cut-and-past, and drag-and-drop, to no avail. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance.

For most on-line pictures all you have to do is right click and then save to a folder. I have different folders in my pictures to which I save various photos.

I think he means "upload", as in he's trying to post them here.

If you're wanting to post pictures, you can't do it from the "quick reply" window. You have to click "go advanced". Then click "manage attachments" under the text window. Then click "browse" and navigate to the place where your pictures are located on your computer. After picking the pictures you want to upload, click "upload". Then type whatever you want in the text window and when you click "submit reply" the pictures will be imbedded in your post.

my guess is that maybe the pic you are trying to upload is too big??The old format on this forum used to let you post almost any size pic. since they changed it, there is a certain size that you cannot exceed. To get decent pics with a digital cam,you need to have the quality set on at least MED and this seems to be too big to upload. I am not very computer savvy,so to chage pic size everytime I want to upload is a pain in the ***. . You could use a picture hosting site like Badongo or something and leave a link. This also takes time

Hoss, Photobucket has a photo editor that will change the pic size for you. Click on Edit Picture and then click pre set sizes. 640x480 or 800x600 will work fine for message boards.

Nope, only good snake is a dead one.....I found this one in an old tire yesterday....this is after I unholstered the Glock and fired 3 hollow points into it through the tire and then put it in the dumpster...first one nearly took his head off...the other 2 were just for good measure
