Forum ad issues

Ok I noticed a very small annoying issue....why the heck is there an ad for Chevy/Dodge on our Ford Mustang boards......

I can post a screen of the annoying add....ok its not an issue really just more of a rant....but still...

Same here. As I write this I'm looking at an ad for "Extreme Jeep Adventure".

Computers are magic. I don't think the ads have anything to do with our forum website. They just appear from other places on our servers. I think.

Or it's a commie plot.

Where do you see the ad's? I use Firefox and ad bloc must be working!!

Currently CJ's at the top and XFinity at the bottom.

Ads are not generated by the forum site. They are banners inserted and are semi-randomly selected by an ad server (in this case AdChoices) and therefore provide the revenue.

I click 'em here and there to make sure the website gets a penny or two.

You should turn adblock off on the websites you enjoy, because it's nothing to have a banner like these, and it helps the site stay up.

Youtube, on the other hand, needs a handbrake on those dang ads. Geez.

i agree the ads on fail tube are out rageous, can't enjoy videos anymore with out having to click on at least one ad...
