Ok flame me later...I'm on a few subaru forums and they have a "Dealership Review" section where you can review different dealerships in the west coast and see how other people's expereiences were in the service dept or sales when buying a car. I think this would be a great addition when helping a person look for a ford to buy or get repairs/warranty work done and not blindly go into a dealer and come out with a ton of headaches. Please chime in if you have any thoughts
Dealership Reviews - Reviews of dealerships that sell or service Subarus. we should have the same thing..but for Fords of course
Thanks

I see people on that Subaru site really like Becker in Allentown. Thats great. My father knows the owner. Really nice guy.

On topic, I think a dealer review section would be great. I love to hear what my customers think. It helps me improve myself.

Personally like Galaxie's idea previously of a stickied thread in each regional forum and people can post their goods and bads about the dealer in there. I dont know if it would get used enough to warrent an entire new section.

Sounds good...but...

The only problem with that is people wanting to inquire more about someone's paticular experience. You end up with multiple threads on one thread and then most people don't want to sift through all of that. (i'm not sure if that has ever happened here, but at the other forums i've worked on, that usually happens)

I guess you could try the sticky first, and if it ends up cluttered, then just start a sub-forum.

With things broken up by region, I don't think each section will get overly big.

The critical thing is to keep the section clean. Limit posts to just dealership experiences

Would the "administration" prefer that it be kept to Ford dealers or any dealer whatsoever?

Thats good. I think . It might be better to have it just Ford, but still, I would rather have it encompass all types of dealers.
