I just read the announcement on copyright infringement. From other high profile website message boards i've learned to post a summary or snippit of an article and a direct link to where it came from. Kind of making the link a bibliography. Please correct me if i'm wrong, but in that way I don't think it's infringement.
EDIT: maybe somebody who knows more could explain it better?

Please quote the article and link directly to it in order to give proper credit. We prefer you just link to the article and discuss from there without any quoting being done.

I think the key is to make sure there is an obvious link at the beginning of hte post stating this is where the information came from.
