Can't send or receive PM's any longer

I could last night; but I can't today. PM box says that have 2 msg's of 0 allowed. Any help would be appreciated.

I've had problems sending PM's to more than one person at a time... never the issue you're having though.

The site must have been down a bit too ? workin now If I send PM's they go but the only problem I ever have is when I log on and the pop up window says would you like to view in a new window off that box it don't work the only way I can see a message is to go under my username top right of page click on privat messages and it works that way !
