I've been e-mailing through the help and problem links and even used the contact us form but no one is replying. I can't post in the marketplace (classifieds) section. I get a message that I don't have privileges.

I'll give you a hint because we don't want to come out and say what you need to post For Sale threads for spamming reasons. You've met the time requirements, but you need two more of "something" to upgrade your status. PM me if you need the final answer.
