Cant get picture to upload

Cant get picture to upload

made my picture 200 x 200 and it shows in my User CP but wont go with my posts...........says upload failed. I tryed to upload from my PC ........then tryed from photobucket. help?

if your talking about your avatar ...............

The maximum size of your custom image is 128 by 128 pixels or 48.8 KB (whichever is smaller).
