Hello,

I am unable to read my PMs. I just received a notification that I had a new one, but when I go to my PM Inbox, it says I have "0". It also shows I have 3 stored messages, but I cannot figure out how to see them.

I am very familiar with how PMs work, and I understand the Inbox, but it acts like I have no access to see my PMs.

Any help would be appreciated so I can read my PMs.

 

I just went in and checked, PM's are turned on and there shouldnt be any restrictions on your account or group. Let me know if you are still having issues.

 

Yes, I still cannot access any of my PM folders. Neither the inbox or sent folder is available. It is like they are not there. I am using Firefox 4. Would that be an issue?

I also tried using Google Chrome and it exhibits the same behavior.

I have a PM from Deysha (Ford Customer Service) on my Mustang order and I am very anxious to read it, but I cannot see any messages.

Just tried IE 8 and get the same result as FF4 or Chrome.

 

FYI, I just tried sending myself a test message, and it came through, but my inbox has no other messages in it, even though I received a notification at 1:45p, MDT, that I received a new PM from:

FordCustomerService, entitled "Re: Order status check".

 

UPDATE:

Ok, I apologize. This is the deal. A PM came into my wife's account (which she doesn't really use - dkpeppard). The email notifications come to the same inbox.

I didn't realize it said 'dkpeppard' and not 'evilpeppard'. I was logged into 'evilpeppard' and had no messages.

I can see my messages just fine, so sorry for wasting your time and causing any confusion.

 

Edit: Glad you got it worked out. I was gonna see about logging in as you cause i was baffled.
