Cannot find Server?

I am trying to attach a picture to a post. I hit browse, click on the file name so it appears in the box. Click add this attachment. I see the bar at the bottom of the page loading. Then a screen pops up that says cannot find server? The file is about 650KB. What am I doing wrong?
