Philly Autoshow Pics
#1
I meant to share these photos I took at the Philly Auto Show, but forgot about them. I know we've all seen pics os the Stang many times now, but really, is it ever enough? I have all the photos in 2560x1920, so if anyone is interested in the full versions, let me know.
What was nice was how close we could get to the car...

Looks like the car has a nice crowd around it. What was the response to it like?

Those pics really show the "black eyes" the car has around the headlights. Good view that further solidifies my opinion that that area should be painted the same color as the rest of the car. Other than that, the car looks fantastic. Great pics. Thanks for posting them.

Eugh, I'm not feeling this whole body color head light bay. All the photoshops ive seen with it make it look like a poorly painted hotwheels car. But to each his own I suppose.

You guys think that they'll offer the 18's in regular finish cast aluminum or just polished?

I'm with ya there...I like those fanblades, but not the polished chrome look.
Now, as for which ones will be offered (or both) we haven't found out yet. I remember back in January when they were first revealed, some Ford rep said those wheels may not even be exactly what we get on the car. Maybe they were just trying to get feedback on them? I don't know. Anyway, all this should be settled in less than a month, with the order forms coming out.

Evolver, actually the titanium car is what I had in mind. I like the way those look.
I haven't seen either in person but I usually prefer the regular finish to chrome which tends to make things look cheap and sometimes have a bit too much *bling* for me.
I think Ford was unsure about their 18" design but after positive reaction in Detroit etc. they decided to go with them (unconfirmed mind you).
