Old guy, new member
I just ordered a 2011 convertible so I thought I should check in with other owners. I'm old enough to have owned a '67 289 HiPo, a '70 Grande, and a '71 Boss 351 while they were relatively new. But then I went over to GM and owned a succession of Camaros and Firebirds culminating with my current Trans Am (avatar).
Now I'm getting back into the Mustang crowd again. It may only be a six cylinder but it produces almost as much power as my 5.7 LS1 (Mustang 305, T/A 320) so I couldn't be happier. (well... I guess I'll be happier when it actually gets here - I'm guessing early October)

As one older guy to another - Welcome to TMS. Be down in your city next May for a Mustang Club of America/MCA National show. Last visited in 1970 when I went into the service.

Thanks everyone! I know this has been discussed in several threads but... any ideas how long I may have to wait? I heard that production was closed until 8/2 and I've seen some saying they got their car in 5-6 weeks while others have waited four months. Is this a good time to have ordered?
