New to Mustangs
I recently bought my first ever Ford. A 2006 Mustang GT Premium in Tungsten Grey, 4.6 Automatic. It has approximately 7,400 original miles, never winter driven, etc. The original owner had a lot of modifications done in the High Performance Dept. at a local Ford dealer. I think this is a complete list:
Ford Porformance intake, BBK 62mm twin throttle body, WMS 95 mm cold air intake with ram air, Comp Cams stage 2 cams and springs, CDMP delete plates, SHM underdrive pulleys, Steeda ultra-light lowering springs, Steeda front control arm relocation and bump steer kits, Tokico D-spec adjustable struts and shocks, Mac ceramic coated long tube headers, Pypes off-road H-pipe, GT500 mufflers, TCI Street fighter torque converter, 3.73 gears, Coast HP aluminum one piece drive shaft, and a Mierze electric water pump. Oh, Steeda rear control arm relocation kit.
the car still had the original tires on it!
The original owner then died and his son did not want the car. Which was fortunate for me!
I just had it serviced by a HP Ford mechanic and he said that the only thing that the guy should have done is HD Steeda front and read sway bars, and Steeda HD rear upper and lower control arms. They are currently on order!
I am fortunate to have bought a near new Mustang with about every possible aftermarket modification already made.
Nice to meet everyone!

Welcome!
Man That Sounds Like A Beast and Quite The Buy!
Can't Leave Us Hanging Without Some Pics of This Pumped Pony!
Look forward To the Tales of This Stallion!
Although Those Tires May Look Great They are Long Overdue For a Change! Last thing You Need is a Blowout While testing Her Out! Anything 6 Years or Older Are Suspect! That is Unless You Have Already Addressed That! From The Description of The Car Some Wider Tires Would Likely Be Needed To keep That Steed Hooked up!

Incredible - do all that work on the Mustang and hardly ever drive it. To each his/her own, but that is a mindset I don't get.
My previous Mustang was an '06 GT. When I sold it, she had nearly 205k miles. I buy them to drive them!

There are those Mustang owners that love to mod and then NOT drive them. They are awesome machines for shows and local cruise-ins yet very few miles are put on. YOU have found one of those gems and congratulations on the purchase. I also would enjoy some photos.
It's no one's business but some of us are really interested in knowing what these low mileage beauties sell for. If you feel like sharing, we are all ears.
