New member intro

Hi gents,
Picked up a 02 GT 5.0 convertible.
Car has been well kept for 184k miles. Like new tan top and int. Car is white with only a couple of road dings. She has not been modded in any way, nice stock car. Runs like a kitten and has a fair amount of punch to her. I have a few things I want to replace on here that are wore out but not anything big. Other than that everything works prefect. Like I said has been well taken care of with lots of love. I have no plans to start throwing add ons and mods at her. I like it just the way it is. Just getting old I suppose, not a kid anymore. All ready found a couple of answers here i needed to figure out. One being "why wont the top go down/?" ` I did not know ford built a safety switch in to the park brake. Of course the park brake has to be aplied for the top to work....duh! But I did not know that lol
Anyway good to see I have a place to find and ask questions when needed.

I have been a gas,Diesel and bike mech all my life by trade.....cheers
