Hi all, my name is Chris. I just bought over the weekend my new to me 1998 GT. It's pretty much bone stock, with 63,000 original miles. Now to start the modifications. This seems like a great community, and I look forward to contributing in whichever way I can.
Cheers,
Chris.

Thanks for the welcome. I love the blue, was the color I was looking for. This isn't my first mustang I've owned. I owned a 2000 GT for a couple of years. I'm very happy to have another one now.

For the year it is in very nice condition. I bought it from an older gentleman getting ready to retire, and wanted to unload a toy. I'm very happy with it.
So far under the hood it had BBK CAI, and BBK throttle body. Eventually I would like to install an underdrive pulley, and a hood strut kit.
I already have on order black cobra headlights, as there is condensation in the stock ones, and I like the cobra ones much better.
I would like to go with lowering springs, and new chrome bullitt's all around eventually.
The first mod will be to change out the stock exhaust with something that sounds a little more 60's era.
I'm planning on getting a BBK H pipe connecting to the stock manifolds, and the Flowmaster American Thunder catback. I've heard clips and it sounds pretty nice!
Any different setup I'm open to suggestions.

Hey just wanted to post a picture of how my car looks a few months since getting it. Has been lowered, windows tinted, new ball joints, Koni Shocks, Caster Camber plates. Also weld in flowmaster mufflers.
Such a fun car.

yea, I forgot about the headlights, was my first mod, the ones on the car when I bought it had quite a bit of condensation in them. Next is a mac prochamber. Cats are hitting on speed bumps, haha
