New guy in Lawton OK
Hi names Rick (betcha couldn't guess that huh ? lol ) Found this site thru a link to the post about the 8 hour old wreck on another forum. I have been in Mustangs since 2000 when I got my 82 "Keli". At this time the wife and I have 3 Mustangs living here My 82 which is the current project, her 84 which is the next project and my 01 thats a daily driver.
My 82 is a GLX hatch that originally had an inline 6 in it. She has a 79 Pace Car nose on her. When the engine blew up in Dec 05 she was parked. Last year we pulled her out of the yard and started puttin her back together. Bought a 351W from an 85 F150 and all the nessacary add ons to get it in the car including the new k member. At this time she is still sittin waiting to get the engine in her years parked does a number on a car. (nevermind the hacked open non Pace Car hood I kept that hood in the garage)
The 2nd one is the Wifes 84 LX coupe At this time about all I can tell you is it's blue has a 4 cylinder and is dead lol. SHe wants it restored back to stock.
Last is my 01 this car was my moms first Mustang which she got after I got mine. She bought it new drove it to work and back until 06 when she got her 06 it sat for a year then she gave it to me has approx 65000 miles on it and aside from removing the spoiler, the 96 rims and the stereo its still stock. it's starting to have minor glitches but hey it's a 10 year old car thats not had much done to it.
Ok well I guess you know a little bout me and our Ponies and will probably learn more about my Ponies as we go. I'll be soon setting up a thread on Keli and her progress through life death and towards life again

Fear not my 82 comes before that lowly little 84 lol the 82 is the boss of cars around here. Wife was told her 84 will Rot into the ground until my 82 lives, Funny enough my 82 is sitting in the garage and receives all play purties she desires so long as the money is there.
Her day will come tho and the tables will turn and her little car will get all it desires which I fear may cost more since she wants a resto not a monster
