New Guy with a 99 GT

New to this forum. The nic is more of a road racing mustang wannabe. My Mustang is a Black 1999 GT that I bought used with 20K on it. It has a 101K on it now and still running strong. Was my daily driver, monthly autocrosser until a year or so back then I bought a truck and trailer to haul it with. I still drive it on the street occaisionally but mostly autocrossing these days. Ran a few HPDEs with it but money has been to short for that this year. Mods are all budget brand or homemade. I'm an ex mechanic turned machinist by trade so I make a few of my own parts. In the next year or so I plan to upgrade the engine to a 3V which should be a challenge but it has been done. The reason for that decision is to avoid the extra weight up high that 4V heads have and get a few more ponies than the iron block 2V puts out.

Current mods:
Engine:
Original 4.6, 2V
Steeda UD Pulleys
Steeda cold air filter
½” Plenum Spacer
Plenum Port Matched and Polished (custom/homemade)
Sniper Tuning
AC Delete

Front Suspension:
FRPP C Springs
Delrin Upper Isolators (custom/homemade)
CC Plates (custom/homemade)
Heim Joint Swaybar End Links (custom/homemade)
X2 Ball Joints
UPR Bump Steer Kit
Tokico Illumina Struts
FRPP Delrin/Aluminum Control Arm Bushings

Rear Suspension:
FRPP C Springs (1 coil cut off)
Watts Link (custom/homemade)
Tokico Illumina Shocks
Cobra Swaybar
Stock Control Arms

Wheels and Tires:
17 x 10 ½ Cobra R Replicas (5/16” spacer on front)
Kumho 315/35/17 V710

Other:
UPR Shifter
Cobra brakes F&R
Brake cooling ducts
Stereo removed
Arizen Racing front seats
Rear Seat removed

Here are a couple of pics of me and the car running the autocross course at the Steeda 20th Anniversery.
