Hello all, my name is Mike and I'm a newbie.

I thought I would take a min and tell you about myself. I live in Louisiana and work for Mercedes Benz. I used to own nothing but Chevys, but my 1998 GT converted me to the Ford family and I have yet to look back. I bought my Stang back in Feb of 2002. Since then I have tried to do things to make it look better. I installed a 1998 Saleen body kit on it. Some like to call that a FALEEN, but I just can't afford the real thing. I hope that I can be a productive part of your forums. If any of you have any other question you would like to ask me, please feel free to do so.

I have attached a pic of my Stang. I hope you like it.

I am also ok with negative comments. They're just not as fun to receive.

I decided to get rid of my very heavy Saleen SR wing this week. I have to say, I like the new look without a wing. What do you guys think?

I also freed up 26 LBS by taking that massive piece of junk off.

car looks great! not so sure about the hood but it doesnt look bad. Just not my taste. The rest though looks amazing! love the wingless.

 

Thanks. I'm about to put it back stock and sale it before to long. I have my eye on a couple of 1998 Cobras. I'm not sure which one I want to get yet.

Nice car... I definitely like it better without a wing...

now most people will think that it is a dolled-up V6 with the pony emblems on the side.

 

I like it wingless.
