New to this forum...
Hello everyone. My name is Travis Waller. I have a 2010 Roush Stage 3 Mustang which I upgraded to a stage 5. Stang Hi-Performance in Baton Rouge Louisiana did the work. The Dyno sheet/runs showed 615 rwhp and 625 Rwtq. Anyway I just wanted to introduce my self and hope to get to know a bunch of my fellow stang owners...

No IM in north Carolina. My car has 3.73 gear in it but I was thinking since it is an everyday driver, I'm thinking of putting either 3.55 gear in it or 3.31. What is your opinion?

Did you buy it from someone down here or just sent it to Cody?
I have 355 in my cobra and they work well. Not too familiar with the gearing in your trans though. Either way you have enough power to not feel any negative effects with a little higher gear.

I actually purchased it here in NC. But it came from Louisiana. Then I noticed the name plate on the SC so I called and talked to Cody. He said this car was a beast. He told me the numbers on it and what all he had done to it. So I took to fastlane here in NC to confirm the numbers and it does have 615 & 625. And I was super pleased after that for what I paid for the car. The dealer ship I got it from knew nothing about the car.

Welcome to TMS nice looking stang . If you are going to spend the money opening up the rear to get a slightly taller gear then go with the 3.31. it will still have decent pull but give you the rpm drop you are looking for. the 3.55 is really close to the 3.73 and the rpm drop isn't much but some. you really wouldn't even fell you changed the gears to the 3.55 after driving with the 3.73s they feel that close. my two pennies.

Very nice car. I have always loved the Stage 3's. Hit up Modern Muscle Cars. They go to Cars & Coffee every first saturday at the NC Music Factory in Charlotte.
