Hi every one I am a little new to the world of mustangs I just bought a 1993 fox body I'm looking for some advice the after 3 days of driving this car I had a small fire on the left side of my engine bay I need info on the 2.3 I'm capable of fixing it if I can get a look at someone else's just no one else in my area has the 2.3 they all are 5.0 Can anyone help me out with this

 

First off, welcome to TMS. As for your issues concerning your Fox body's 2.3L? I would recommend going to the Fox body sub-forums by highlighting the forums tab, then select Mustang by model year from the drop-down list, then highlight Fox Mustangs and select it. This will take you to the Fox-body Mustang sub-forums section. Once there, you'll find plenty of info about the Fox body cars. In the meantime, best of luck to you

 

You'll want a shop/repair manual. Looking at others' rides might help, but honestly, that manual is going to be the lifesaver. That, and youtube "Fox Mustang 2.3L engine" and add 'bay', 'wiring', 'harness', 'brake lines', etc, whatever it is you're looking for, or remove 'engine', or just keep modifying until you (maybe) get the info you're lookin' for.
