Hey, new to the site, and just wanted to show my new car. Im 16, and this is my first car, and practically my dream car, just needs some work. It's a 1967 Mustang coupe. Its got a 1974 302 v8 (I'll eventually replace that) with an auto trans. Right now me and my dad are in the process of restoring it, can't wait till it's done, and I just love bragging to everybody that I actually own this car.

Yea, thanks, and I will. But as for my plans for her, after we do some of the basic mechanical work to get it to be a daily driver, I wanna get it painted maybe candy apple red, though I'm still deciding what color. Then I want to install a newer stereo system, and eventually replace the engine, probably a 289 or another 302.\, and after that, who knows.

This is what you should do....

Glossy black, American Racing wheels, (bullit rims) 15X10s low profile tires 351 Cleverleaver engine with ported aussy heads.

THEN get a T56 Tremic tranny

THEN, tint the windows, add a nice stereo probably 10 speakers, and crank up "Fuel" by Metallica :worship: :worship: :worship:

WHOA that would be sweet dude.
